The rooms were beautiful. We had a deluxe room for our family of four. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was. We knew there were a couple of events and thought we would hear ppl in other rooms or the hallway - but nothing we were able to sleep in without any disturbances. The pool and hot tub were lovely and so warm, esp for me a person who cannot stand cold pool water ;P We were here for a wedding and the conference room was large enough for the event and the wait staff were kind, and provided a great service. Bonus - the patio was a perfect addition to the event, being able to step outside while not being completely separated from the event was great. Of course the location was beautiful with the mountain view! Will definitely be coming back.

The Hotel was great. It's the best stay we had in Ontario by far. They take a lot of tiny details in the rooms, parking, Pool .. etc which shows that they really care about guests comfort. The Hotel is beautifully located in the Blue Mountain Village & it's view is super. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of amenities. We liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had breakfast once. The Front Desk Staff were also amazing & always willing to help. I have a special thanks here to Robyn Wiggins ( Manager on duty ) for her professional handling of my concerns about the Booking Process which I appreciated very much.

We have stayed a couple of years in a row, and while it’s not my first choice in terms of a ‘relaxing holiday destination’, the staff at the Westin Trillium House have consistently surprised us with exceptional customer service. We come at the behest of two teenaged boys and it might be expensive, busy and touristy in the village, they have a blast, but for us, the attentive, kind, and welcoming nature of the staff have left a lasting impression. This includes the servers at Oliver & Bonaccini Grille as well. We don’t have a dog, but it’s also nice to stay somewhere where they are so welcomed. Thanks for another great stay!

The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was great. The view was amazing overlooking the village and it was easy to get to the village walking. The kitchenette in our room was unexpected and we used it a lot.

The hotel is excellent. Quite expensive, but good. The restaurant is nice and relaxed and the heated outdoor pool is magnificent. It might be equally interesting for the summer season
